TKEC wins China Best Employers Award 2014

  


China Best Employers Award 2014 was issued on Jan.30, 2015, Bejing. ThyssenKrupp Elevator (China) won the award at the ceremony with its employer brand influence in campus recruitment in talent market. And this is already two years in a row for TKEC to win this award.

  

This activity was host by Da-Jie. Da-jie is one of the biggest social networking platforms in China, it has more than 24 million registered user and has deep influence on white-collars and campus talent market, Da-Jie’s SNS model represents the new development trend in recruitment. Based on social network, the winner was eventually selected after two months of user selection, which more than 600 thousand users are included, ranging from students, employees, HR users in company. And to make the whole procedure more precise and fair, evaluation of company from Peripheral user and remarks from professional HR was added, apart from the evaluation of company from employees.

  

It is the efforts and hard work of all TKEC staff which finally leads to the winning of China Best Employers Award 2014 host by DaJie.
